Full Journal pdf2024-05-06 Senate Journal Page 2493 HB 270 Message dated May 3 was read stating the House failed to concur in the Senate amendment(s) to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 270(FIN) and respectfully requests the Senate to recede from its amendment(s), namely: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 270(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." Senator Giessel moved the Senate recede from its amendment(s) and recommended the body vote no. The question being: "Shall the Senate recede from its amendment(s)?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 270(FIN) Shall the Senate Recede from its Amendment to to CSHB 270(FIN)? YEAS: 3 NAYS: 15 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Hughes, Myers, Shower Nays: Bishop, Bjorkman, Claman, Dunbar, Giessel, Gray-Jackson, Kaufman, Kawasaki, Kiehl, Merrick, Olson, Stevens, Tobin, Wielechowski, Wilson Excused: Hoffman Absent: Stedman and so, the Senate failed to recede from its amendment(s). President Stevens appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the House: Senator Stedman, Chair Senator Hoffman Senator Olson The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
